Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with SinoLumina.
We offer both digital personalized readings and physical products. Because some of our products are personalized and prepared based on the information provided by the customer, our refund policy differs by product type.
1. Personalized Digital Readings
Personalized Bazi readings, Five Elements reports, yearly forecast reports, and other digital or customized consultation products are non-refundable once we have started preparing the report.
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order, provided that we have not started preparing your personalized reading.
If you entered incorrect birth information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before the reading is prepared. Once the report has been completed and delivered, changes may require an additional revision fee.
Digital products cannot be returned after delivery.
2. Physical Products
For physical products such as bracelets and accessories, returns may be accepted within 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us first at sinolumina@gmail.com. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized digital readings and reports after preparation has started
- Delivered digital products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Gift cards, if applicable
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
